Hello! I’m Glynis
I’ve never been one to follow the “usual” path, and though it didn’t always feel like an advantage, it’s become one of my greatest strengths.
Originally from San Francisco, I moved to London over a decade ago on a whim. After 15+ years in data and 6 years in management and coaching, I’ve learned that growth rarely looks straightforward, and neither do the people who achieve it!
Now, I help others get unstuck, find clarity, and build confidence in their careers, their focus, or simply themselves.
Why the name Real Alchemy?
Alchemy is the ancient practice of transformation, turning one thing into another using the tools and resources available. Historically, it was metals and minerals, but its philosophy extends to plants, nature, and human change.
Plants are some of the greatest teachers of alchemy. You can cut a vine back to its bare bones, neglect it for weeks, or place it in the wrong light, and yet, the moment you start nurturing it again, it finds its way back. It grows. It adapts. It thrives.
That’s real transformation.
